PRAISE-BAR
Prāzbar is a faith-genred live music venue and non-alcoholic bar experience in Chicago.
We bring together artists and audiences through live performances, listening lounges, and curated gatherings that reflect the culture and values of those in the room.
In THE BEGINNING
The idea traces back to 2015 — a vision for a destination where Chicago’s faith audience could gather, socialize, and experience a genuine night out without alcohol at the center.
That vision resurfaced in 2021, when founder Quenjana Adams, while in New Orleans, searched for non-alcoholic wine and found none. The landscape had shifted — new producers, a growing movement — yet Chicago still had no dedicated home for it.
Prāzbar launched soon after.
What followed were four years of building — pop-ups in Bronzeville, a brick-and-mortar non-alcoholic wine shop in Ukrainian Village (the first of its kind in the city), evening lounge programming, live music, and hundreds of events. People continued to show up.
